  • 60 ml (2 tbsp) butter or margarine
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) cinnamon
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp) honey or maple syrup
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooked quinoa
